Zorg takes a large gulp of his drink but accidentally inhales the cherry which begins to choke him. Cornelius is tempted to allow Zorg to die and mocks him in his misfortune, but his good nature gets the better of him and he strikes Zorg sharply on his back, dislodging the cherry and saving Zorg's life and, in turn, his own life.
